Because it is fixed in the next update, version 1.0b or later it will probably be no need

There was a problem in that last version whereas some of the glow maps I added went missing. This isn't a problem with the NIF files, but because of a missing texture actually.

from what files I see in your patch the problem is probably only due to this...

all thoses creatures should have glowing eyes, except the deers. So I'll have to check on the deers...

The gladiators hemls you changed are not meant to have an .egm file. They are hit or miss so they work with humanoid head, but aren't made for beasts races. Some hemls get deformed too much with egm and that why I went without for some (actually for most).
