It does kind of look like that indeed.

 I have no idea who the Khajit is - Darvad just found that scene and insisted I take a picture. Sadly they were all dead and I wondered what had happened but could find no living entity in that area :?

That dragon sound fearsome Maigrets - I have wondered about adding Deadly Dragons at some time and you make it sound excellent ^_^

It is, and it's given me some scary moments I can tell you, but I love it. 8-)

:( My Nexus Mod Manager is broken and I have to un-install it and start all over again persuading everything to work together :-(

Any way Darvad has been wandering around revisiting places he remembered from his childhood

Being part Dunmer certainly reduces the effects a little :P :D

I agree. :) Wonderful dragon shots and the sky in the last picture....so beautiful.

You know I read so many comments in various mods about how the NMM doesn't work or installs things incorrectly. I've never used it as I install everything manually so I can't say, but it doesn't inspire me to try it.

On the whole I have been very impressed by NMM until this problem happened, and the tracker team tried their very best to help me - mind you Oblivion trained me to be very careful with the mods I used as I could never get my head around Wrye Bash and was made to feel extremely stupid for that failure :-( (with the exception on one site)

About half of the mods I use are texture improvements and I avoid anything that suggests I should touch the ini file like the plague :?

I can honestly say that I am very, very impressed with the thought that has gone into the build of Nexus Mod Manager.

It gave me the cleanest uninstall I have ever experienced with any program I have had to remove, there were only 2 items left behind instead of the usual 35+ I normally find. It also stored my mods and when I re-installed it the mods were all intact, and in fact seem to have been cleaned up a bit. My game is running very smoothly with only 3 to 5 seconds at loading screens again.

I seriously recommend NMM as a well thought out tool for people who are not comfortable adding mods without a tool to help them. 'Rock On!'

Yeah i like NMM as well. I have Wrye Bash installed and i know many swear by BAIN, but personally i prefer NMM for installing/un-installing mods. For Skyrim i use Wrye Bash mainly for the Bashed Patch and its Character profile function.

I still fail at understanding Wrye Bash though I do have it. It puts nearly all my mods into a "red" status and I have never had a working Bash mod with it o_O

I also have never succeeded in getting anyone to explain how to use it to me in "non-geek speak" My much younger brother is a system architect and won't use Wrye Bash because he feels that the arrogance shown to non technical people is appalling. If he did use it I am certain he could easily explain it to me LOL

Should you and your younger brother already have tried this one then my apologies, but if not this might be of use to learn some of the basic things with Wrye Bash.

Thank you, thank you, thank you ^_^. I know that my brother probably won't use it but I definitely will. That looks truly wonderful to me I like the way alt3rn1ty explains things already. I was in hospital when it was first released and that is why I missed it.

Again thank you very much ^_^

I missed this conversation. As usual everything happens when I'm asleep over here on this side of the world.

Anyway, I totally agree with what you say about Geek speak. It took me ages to find out how to use Wrye Bash the first time and this was before the guides were around. I also only use it for character profiles and a Bashed patch though like Fessels, as the rest of it is so far over my head it hurts to even try to work it out.

Another thing that really annoys me is when people speak in acronyms through an entire thread (not here) expecting everyone to know what they mean. At least use the full name at least once in a thread. :Iobject:

LOL - I totally agree Maigrets. We have a very expressive language available to us, even using short words, so let us use it :P

I have had a lot of ideas floating around in my head recently and I would love to find a mod that would let me play 2 characters as a team - not Leader and follower. They really need to work and grow together despite the sibling rivalry to tell their tale.

May I introduce the "terrible twins" Oh and they are the first human characters I have ever used in a Bethesda game o_O

Jodi Bloodraven, Scout, Hunter and Clairevoyant

Jorge Bloodraven, Battlemage and Cleric

They are distantly related to my Elven characters through a Nord Ancestor who left at least 5 pregnant women behind when he went adventuring in Morrowind and married a Dunmer woman who turned out to be the Neravarine.

Some generic images ^_^

I find the the Whiterun picture very emotive. Nice characters as well. It's nice when people create a back story for them. I used to do it in Oblivion but haven't yet got around to it in Skyrim.
