I'm , i'm new here,

I found the letter of Jeremiah in the Breton Smitty and i entered in the dark brotherhood to kill the owner (Vicente i think, the vampires who gives who your first quests) . I tried to kill him and thx to the essential npc stuff, i can't.

So How do i get Moonbrand then (can i steal it in a way, or modify somthing in the Oblivion.ini to kill essential NPCs?)
