First of all, did you get my PM asking if you would make a sheath for a mod of mine?
A simple leather one, for this claymore,

The picture above is a little different then the file because I've made a few updates to the texture...
And second, I was wondering why the edges on a lot of RealSwords look like this, and then some have a sharp edge.
Is it part of how you model it or what?
Thanks,

Did you read the FAQ? Waalx doesn't do requests. He's too busy with WAC.
That's right, that's the truth! Drive 'er straight sideways lad!

This is unfortunatly true, you have a nice sword there, but Waalx doesn't do requests as a rule... he's just got way too much on his plate as it is.
It's a pally thing, you wouldn't understand.

well. what you guys said is true, I don't do request, as I request too much of myself, myself.
and second, if your sword doesn't have a scabbard yet that mean the texture and UV don't have space for one. So that would mean me redoing the uv and texture to fit a scabbard in there. Not something I want to consider, and adding another texture just for the scabbard is a big no-no.
what I suggest is that you try your hand yourself at creating one with any 3d softwares available to you. If you can already make a detailed texture, making a scabbard in 3d can be a good intro to 3d modeling.
sorry I don't have time for that, and honestly that is something I don't want to start at all (doing requests), as it would never end.

Well said. We should be happy with whatever he can shove out of his mind.

for the scabbard, you might want to try the requests part of the Oblivion Nexus forums. There's a couple that do quite a bit of them if you ask nice.
