Edit: this is all I could find...

I'm actually going to make Altair's armor once I can model. One of my 2 projects. I've seen Dimitri's one, its pretty darn good but doesn't atually look like Altair's. Its more of a, cooler, more "wear-in-the-street" version of the shrouded armor.

I strongly suggest you rethink this...
because if you start on an armor and you know nothing of how to do one beforehand..you are in for some hard time.
think something much much smaller and simpler.

yes they will be released ( the rest of RealSwords)...
but now, they are somehow frozen as you say, but only for a while, until I finish Gladiator, and the Hunter armors..
your English is quite ok!

Why are you posting? You have no time for breaks, back to work! Finish those armors.

it's Saturday morning, I enjoy my coffee! and I answer the mail of yesterday.
got a problem with this? ask my secretary for a refund!
I want to work more on them. the color version doesn't satisfy me yet

meanwhile I have made a new gladius, and I think it might be the sword of this armor...

I would go something more elegant then a gladius for the armor and the green looks good
When I posted it it was way afternoon for me, well hope the coffee was good.

Boba Fett armor was in colors, green, red, and yellow. like the palette I use for this green armor mostly.yundead wrote:Kinda reminds me of boba fett with color anyone else think that to or is it ment to look like him ?
Jango was the one who had a non-painted steel armor.
yet my armors are more crude , rustic, or medieval in some sense. the real armor of Jango or Boba look a lot more futuristic. As a matter of fact, my version of the hunter armor is also based on tactical armors from the , police, army and such...not only on SW. look at how I did my breastplate, it's holding in place like a body armor of a police elite squad or something like that.
the pauldron for instance, they don't bend they stay in places over the shoulders as if fixed on the hangers. On Boba or Jango armors, theses pauldrons are held in place by the leather vest sleeves tip and they follow the arms, in my version the arms have armors, in the original they don't.

Ah good stuff like always.
You know if you truly wanted to easter egg out for some nerds, you could add on the mando'ka insignia somewhere. Maybe the a corner of the chest or the pauldrons.
Now all i need to do is get the forest armor, go kill and skin me some wookie scalps..er i mean...troll scalps. And ill be all set.
And Jangos was not uncolored steel. His armor color and design was based on the former Mando'ka whom he served under. All mandolorians color and personalize the armor, even though the general design is all the same.
But on a non nerd note, i think something more elegant for a hunter sword as well. Its would work in a utilitarian sense, but its more of a soldier's sword. Cheap, easy to mass produce and effective. You think someone tracking people would have something more...signature like perhaps. Maybe a kind of scimitar, bastard sword or short sword/dagger combo.

That tiny little black looking dagger from the Khajiit pack looks just like Sam Fisher's dagger. It also looks like a hunting knife (I guess thats why you called it that). I think a hunter would carry a dagger much the same, bladed on both sides, nothing elegant. Just a dagger for skinning dead animals, or cutting roots out of the ground.

Looks good
What is it going to do in the gameworld? Maybe hunt the player if fame or infamy is high enough?
I personally think a shield would be great to add to the armour. Not a big shield, but something which only protects the arm it is equipped on. Not in the way with sneaking but still enough "shield" to protect from blows, if one holds the shield right of course. But that's just my opinion.
I once wanted to create a hunter suit in which such a shield was included. But I first have to get better at 3d programs. I am still stuck converting the Auroran creature mesh into an armor. The fingers just.. Don't work quite along, and because it changes stance when editing the vectors due to the skeleton. It's hard to fix. ^^; Ah well, Just needs time, motivation, inspiration and knowledge..
