I like the fourth and oddly enough the sixth screenshot.

, a cup of mint tea might settle your stomach.

Yes it's a recolour of the Triss armour. About six different variants for all sorts of characters and very nice too. I'm always looking for new stuff..
Ailsa:
Strangely enough I've never played an elf in any TES game except for Oblivion and they were custom races. You're right though, Maeve is looking like being a favourite for me, although I believe the Bosmer are cannibals so I put her on a vegetarian diet.

Here's another first for me. I always hated companions in Oblivion at least, but this time round in Skyrim I now have three humans and a dog and as soon as I get to Meeko's house I'll recruit him as well. I thought it would be a pain in the proverbial but it's working out really well.
They all have their own horses and I'm using the Followers Relax mod which is amazing. I have Lydia and Roggi from Kynesgrove, plus Odvar the Afflicted and Spots the dog which are mods. Odvar has amazing voice acting and another big plus is that he doesn't steal my XP since when he kills something or uses other skills I get the bonus. He also buffs me before a fight which is nice since I always forget to use my Stoneskin spell.
I've been getting them all kitted out in better gear (ie mods) since these screenshots, but it's taking time getting all the metals and leveling smithing. Only one to go now and that's Lydia since she won't wear light armour.

No hope dragon. Your time has come. This was a Forest Dragon from Deadly Dragons (first time I've sen one of them) and it spat poison which was a bit hard to avoid, but we prevailed.

LoL with the second screenshot, i am surprised that small and thin piece of rock could carry the weight of that Dragon.

Any nice picture.
Dragon is beautiful.
But it is a sad end.

And now for a change of pace.
We visit the tropics.
This is my new character Ivonne, a Breton mage, currently almost level six at the time of writing.

Thanks guys.
My PC is nearly 5 years old except for a newish power supply, HDD replacement due to failure and video card last year so I'm actually very surprised I can run it at all. I do have the graphics setting on "high" not Ultra and tweak it a bit using the sliders though. Also I only have a Triple core processor, and I got it and the motherboard in 2008 and even then they weren't top of the range. Plus, I only have 3 GB of ram atm.Yeah rub it will you.

But your screenshots look clear and more crisp than mine. To me, mine look flat compared to how it looks in game.Fessels wrote:LoL Then you have one core more then my computer, the memory is the same as yours.
Anyway,
Ivonne had a makeover. Just the hair and an eye adjustment. She's still wearing the crappy mage robes until I can gather the ingredients I need for some modded mage gear which includes a lot of ingredients among other things. I'm really enjoying playing a full mage especially since magic mods expand the spells a lot.

Volcanic region between Riften and Windhelm.

Valtheim Towers

We woke the dragon.

And outnumbered him.

High Hrothgar. It took me AGES to find Ivarstead, let alone get up the 7000 steps. With this overhaul it really is like a different game. Up near the College of Winterhold I found a couple of hidden encampments I never knew existed since everything isn't blanketed white and almost invisible.

Shroud Hearth Barrow near Ivarstead.

Wild zebras from a new mod that adds herds and changes horses to use Slof's textures.

Riften. Looks like a Polynesian village.

The crew.

Rabid panda. I have the raptors etc now as I moved the mod to the bottom of the load order. However, I feel aggressive pandas is a bit over the top unless they are provoked of course, but these attack like normal bears. It annoys me sometimes in some of these types of games where everything is manic and out to eat you. The Gothic series had it right where animals, not monsters, only attack if you get in their personal space...like real animals. Anyway....

Mammoths traveling in the hot sun.

A real hottie.

Desert scene.

All kitted out and ready to rumble.

Observed from on high. Nice for some to have wings..
.

HELLO kitties. At first I only saw a couple on the hilltop but more appeared as we got closer.

Deer taking a dip.

The acrobat.

At the start of Labyrinthian between two frost casting Draugr skeletons. Didn't stop me though and that bone dragon was a wuss. I'm Arch Mage now...Yay!

It just does not matter of what you take a screenshot of with Tropical Skyrim installed, it all looks just great. As for the steroid addicted Kitties...yeah i told you they never come alone, and they are powerful as well. They are also placed in locations that are not always avoidable, you will see.
As for "The Acrobat" ...
Was your party infront of it and it just looks as weird as i think? Or has it really twisted its neck and head to the back while flying forward?

Lol...No. I watched it until it did a flyover and stopped the action and used the flying camera to take a candid shot from behind. As for "The Acrobat" ...![]()

OH! And those lions and tigers....I came across a HUGE pride near Rorikstead. That was hairy to say the least...and in the middle of a sandstorm. Got a pic co-incidentally. I haven't seen a panther yet and I'm dreading going to Pride Rock.
Lions and tigers in the sandstorm.

And the same sandstorm. It looks really good when it happens but it's not like a real sandstorm, more like fog.

How many times have I told you...you're a deer, not a horse....and you can't have one of my wives. Now go away!

Dino. These run in packs as well, but aren't nearly as powerful as the lions. I think they had their damage reduced in the update because people were complaining.
