Excellent! Will be keeping an eye on this one.

BTW SkyUI 4.0 is out. I'm not going to install it straight away though. I'm not sure I really like how small the favourites window is. CFM is easy to use for me and not cramped into a small window. CFM will still work if it's installed though. Some people have reported CTD's, but that could be anything related to whatever other mods they use, I guess.
Some humans would do anything to see if it was possible to do it. If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it sayingEnd Of The World Switch PLEASE DO NOT TOUCHthe paint wouldn't even have time to dry. Terry Pratchett

Great, i will keep CFM close in case i also think the Favourites Menu is to small to my liking. :)

Werewolf Mastery MT Patch is out. I'm not sure if it means starting a new game, however I only scanned quickly over the docs. Will read up properly later.

Being able to loot and do other things like revert in werewolf form sounds great, but being more powerful as befits a werewolf sounds even better (but not overpowered) particularly when using overhaul mods.

Well i installed the WM-MT compatibility yesterday before i used MT debug menu to get a Werewolf Blood Potion. The wild ones did not infect me but since i hat only met 3 till yesterday that is normal i guess. WM has been part of most of my Warrior characters ever since i discovered it, and i am really curious how the combo WM / MT and Bloodmoon Rising will play.

New versions of the Unofficial Hearthfire and Dawnguard (today) Patches have been released. The DG one has a long list of new bugfixes and it fixes an issue with scripts stacking when summoning the dragon Durnehviir, which I have done several times. However, it can't remove those scripts when already present.

I wonder how this game would be if Bethesda had stuck to the old scripting system or updated it instead of this "new" one. Less save corruption for one thing.

List of new Dawnguard fixes:

Thanks for the heads up on the patch for DG. :)

And i am certain that there would be less save game corruption if they hat.

Well here are the mods i found and am using with my new character Kail.

This is the Race that Kail belongs to. It has been around for a while, i only just discovered it. And it is made by the well known and respected mod author Xenius.

Obscuuri

------

I am also using quit a few of EnaiSiaion's mods. ( The author of the Apocalypse Spell Package mod. )

Aurora Doomstone Package

It has an interesting aproach to doomstones i think. :)

------

The next one from EnaiSiaion. This one also works where appropriate on NPC's. Sounds like fun and it is, but you will now see them in a whole new light.

Excellent Racials Package

------

This one has been a hot file for quit some time, and it certainly looked interesting so i installed.

Dwemerverse - Dwemer Magic Package

------

Now this one is also in the hot files, but it looked interesting so i thought to try it out. At first when i saw how strong several scrolls and staves where i was hesitant to continue using the mod. But i discovered by now that the combination of several difficulty enhancing mods and Excellent Racials Package, makes the mod actually useful. :)

Colorful Magic

------

And this is the house mod i found.

Elysium Estate

The Elysium Estate mod looks very nice. I might give it a try next playthrough, but I still like Riverside Lodge though. Same goes for the magic mods...next character who will be a mage. I'm in Solstheim at the moment and depending if I can get back to the mainland there are a few mods I still want to try with my current character.

One is this overhaul of Whiterun which as the readme says, shouldn't have much impact on fps.
Dawn of Whiterun

AND...found this on today's new files. :) Could come in quite handy for a mage character instead of, or as well as other followers as it doesn't fight or break stealth and can carry gear among other things. I never would have thought of something like this, but I'm going to give it a try later.

Well Dawn Of Whiterun does look interesting, but i already see a problem. It places the statue of Ysgramor in the same spot as where RLO places a statue of Kynareth and a brazier. And it also requires Heartfire, which i do not have and have no interest in either. ( Heartfire that is. )

As for Dovahbit...lmao  the author has a good sense of humor while giving it some useful things. Not so sure if i will use it with my current character, but i might try Dovahbit out with another character some day. :)

That's what I meant awhile ago when I said it's an advantage just having DLC's for the mods that would use their assets. :)

For example, I doubt I'll do Dawnguard again anytime soon, but it's useful for mods. I don't know if you've played through it yet and you might like it as everyone's opinion differs of course, but I found it to be fetch this and that all over Skyrim and long unrelated dungeon crawls full of Falmer (for no good reason) experience with a poor story. I could live with that if Serana wasn't forced on me though. Her complaining and whining, among other things, just got on my nerves so much I just wanted it to end so I could get rid of her.

I could never play as a vampire, mainly because it doesn't interest me, but also because the Vampire Lord model just looks stupid without facial animation and the stiff body. It also doesn't fit through doors and other openings in dungeons so someone modded it to be smaller.

The DG side quests are better than the main quest, especially one involving Dwemer ruins.

Even though I bought the land and started the foundations for one of the Hearthfire houses, I have no intention of finishing it or anything else to do with Hearthfire. Besides, from what I've read on the UESPWiki the houses are so buggy it's not worth it, even with the Unofficial Patches.

Well i might...and i repeat "might" try to play with a Vampire character some day. But that is not so easy as a Werewolf characters, so that is a big "might". As for the Vampire Lord model...i think there are mods on Nexus that at least make it look better?

lol, I've watched Gopher's playthrough of his vampire character doing Dawnguard and it looks like a real pain in the neck to manage. He is using a mod though to make it "better" which also means more management. Like almost dying in the sun during a scripted event where he couldn't access his menus. He had to change the mod settings via console to stop sun damage which was almost like using god mode for vampires.

Werewolves rule!!

LoL yeah they do rule, but i am still curious as to how the game would be as a Vampire...so who knows. ( I will wait and see what my mind decides one day in the future. :) )

I have been playing Diablo 3 this week, and probably will do so the next few days or so. ( I just needed a little break from Skyrim. :) ) But i just saw that AlexanderJVelicky has finaly released his latest mod.

Falskaar

I will download it and then install it in one of the coming days, after which i will continue the game with Kail. Looks like it could be really interesting, it took him a very long time to finish. :-)

lol, I just came here to add this. It looks like a magnificent feat, huge new world space on par with Solstheim, fully voiced lots of quests etc. Probably the biggest mod yet released for Skyrim. AlexanderJVelicky does good work. I'm about to download but I won't try it until I start a new character which I'm already planning.

I've just finished the MQ in Dragonborn again and don't really feel like going back to Skyrim as I've done as much as I really want to there and I'm at level 64, so it's time to start over. I'm planning to play a Khajiit so I'm collecting related mods for a sneaky, illusionist archer. It's a bit sad really as my current character is my favourite of all time I think, but I need to make a lot of mod changes so I can't really keep her. It would work with profiles if Skyrim's mod system wasn't so finicky.

Playing as a Khajiit gives me a dilemma though as I also want to be a werewolf but I'm sure I can come up with a rationale...

EDIT: Something I hadn't thought about since the world space is so big, but have since discovered from the comments is Falskaar has a purchasable player house. Somewhere to stash all my junk. :)

EDIT2: Immersive Creatures 6.1 is being released sometime today. Watched the trailer and drooled..... :-) :-D-)

That is great, means i have to install that as well once i install Falskaar. I am off to find that trailer you mention. :)

Since you mentioned that your new character will be a Khajiit, be sure to check these two mods out. ( If you have not done so already. :) )

Khajiit Speak - Complete Dialogue Overhaul

Sound for Khajiit character male and female

Khajiit speak is really great i think, so i can not think of something bad to say. As for the Sound mod...well this is just my opinion, but the sounds for male Khajiit sound better to me then the female ones. It has two videos so i would first watch those to see if this mod is something for your new character.

Listened to the female sounds and decided... No thankyou. The male one does sound good, but I'm going to be playing a female and that sound would drive me crazy. It would have been better if it was a quieter version of the male growl.

I agree re the Khajiit Speak mod though and I already had that installed and ready to go. Spent a couple of hours today sorting out my mods...removing a lot, updating some and adding more...lol.

I am glad to see i am not the only one who thinks so about the female Khajiit sounds.

You will not regret the Khajiit speak mod i think, and i already saw that you removed Warburgs mod to save your eyes. If it was only because of the markers having the same colour as the map then you could try this mod out?

Not Another Colored Map Icon Mod - NACMIM

I use NACMIM - Full with Warburgs Map mod without any problems. :)

Downloaded Immersive Creatures and I'm happy to see there's an alternate way to reset the cells instead of the 31 day wait. In case anyone doesn't know:
Here for updating:
https://sites.google.com/site/immersive ... stallation
and here for how to reset cells within the MCM menu:
https://sites.google.com/site/immersive ... -respawner

I watched the 6.1 trailer again and the Skyrim theme music still gives me chills after all this time. 'Rock On!' Can't wait to see the goblins and the armoured dogs that follow the Imperials around. In the trailer they look hilarious.

The Khajiit Speak mod is awesome and I love how it uses my character name when I speak to someone. The lines are well written as well and really adds that immersive flavour to Khajiit characters.

Can you believe I died in the tutorial? First time ever....lol. :-( Playing on Master with a weak kitty who was planning to be mainly a sneaky illusionist assassin and was killed by an Imperial whelp. One of these days I'll try the Alternate Start mod, but since I only play one character at at time I don't actually mind the tutorial...plus I like the sequence with Alduin. We don't really get to see him that much considering he's the big, bad Boss.

As far as the map goes, it was mostly to do with the small icons and being the same colour as the map. For the moment I've reinstalled the Quality Map with Roads, but I'll give the mod you linked a look.
