Back in Montreal (feel good to be back home!), so you can expect an update soon!

Before I left for my Christmas holiday, I was fiddling with the AI of the NPC in the Hunter Harbor. So far they are around 12+ peoples in the place. I worked to make them each a schedule and AI so that they don't just stand there doing nothing... I still have work to do on this, but I'm close to having it work like I want.

So far I have done something good I think. Still some stuff to arrange in it, and a couple more ideas I want to do for the NPC.

After that I have to place the animals, make a couple of new dogs skins..(I have a few ideas). And then make the quests that give you the possibility to join them Hunters... (and that is the real problem as I don't know how to program quests, and what I tried so far didn't work). So if you can build a quest ( and there should be at least 4) CONTACT ME!.

and...

Having a lot of characters all at once on the screen is rather stressful FPS wise... like when they are all in the Mess Hall to eat, going there the computer is slowing down quite a bit. And the fact I made the environment rather detailed isn't helping either...

I will have to test this with a beta before I release to see if people with low-end computers can still walk in the area when they are all together.

give me a couple of hours today and I will upload some new screens though.. :)

Welcome back venerated Ayleid, you've been missed /bow I'd help, but my programming knowledge for Oblivion doesn't go outside of retexturing so far, and even that isn't good.
It's a pally thing, you wouldn't understand.

Actually it's a very funny coincidence... Using Prometheus's lion mane mesh I added in a (cave) lion in my own personal game overhaul just a couple of days ago.

Your lion's mane looks better though and I'll most likely switch to your stockier cat body once it's finished and released as well. Hope you sort out exporting the head mesh too. The original Bethesda mountain lion head looks a bit goofy. :-P

Cheers, UQF
Sorry for digging up an old post but what mod includes that Bonemold armor?
I've looked around and not found it anywhere. Did not look like the armor in Ghogiels resource pack to me either.

If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Ask the original poster. It could be an internal release of Silgrad Tower or something.

1961KG, it's a personal retexture and slight mesh rework of Ghogiel's bonemold that I made for myself and my girlfriend.

I don't think it's publically releasable without Ghogiel's permission though. Also I only do personal modding nowadays and I haven't really released anything to the public for Oblivion (I've only modded for Morrowind). To be honest I don't have any plans to get back into the public ES modding scene again any time soon as it's too time consuming considering my work hours and all the time I spend away from home.

But I sent you a PM. ;)

PS. I'll be off working for two days so I'm sorry if I can't reply to any follow up posts or PMs today or tomorrow.

Cheers, UQF

all the characters and animals I made for the HUT mod so far...

Notice the Sabertooth Lion (live in the cold/snowy land)

the first row of H.U.T. are the people that live in the harbor ( the ones that have no helm ).

from left to right:

- Tamica, War Student, daughter of Tamika the winemaker.

- Thorval, War Master. Teach Blade skill.

- Jana Hassildor, Shadow Student, daugther of Count Janus Hassildor of Skingrad.

- Amarak Sin'het, Shadow Master. Teach Sneak skill, sell poisons.

- Shama, Forest Student.

- Benemon, Forest Master, Teach Marksman skill.

- Noomata, Fire Student.

- Lo Kiarg, Fire Master. Teach Hand to Hand.

- Chief Amragor.

- Elder Shagal

Behind them are the males and females H.U.T. that are found in various part of the world.

facial structures are different..

bigger shot of the Sabertooth. It's the same size as a Great Lioness, so a bit smaller than a male Great Lion.

Finally sabertooths in Oblivion! :-)

I remember those from Daggerfall and always wondered why Bethesda chose to use those boring little kittens called mountain lions instead in the Oblivion bestiary. Give me a brutal, fierce sabertooth any day of the week. 8-)

Everything else is looking great too, I might add. ;)
