troll animations have them move like gorilla/monkey. This armor was designed with that in mind. The spiked gauntlets are for hand to hand combat as it's what they do, the spiked left foot is for the troll kick attack And that only happen with their left foot).

Giving them a weapon would need an entire new set of animations as the ones they use now is for hand to hand. Using the xivilai's would have them fight upright (man-like), it would mess with their natural beast stance. And they would have the weapons in their hands while moving around, would look like shit. It's already weird to have them move with the spikes I gave them.

Beside these don't need weapons. the spikes are big and deadly enough. Wait till you have an armored troll with these gauntlets swing at you.

I will build 3 types of armors for them based on what you saw already. this is the near final of a full armor. others will be a bronze/copper version of it, and a non-spiked, clean looking one for the imperials trolls.

Wow.
I only found your swords a couple of days ago, but I've still managed to trail through this entire gallery looking at all the stuff you are doing.
I must say it's all awesome, even if some is not entirely to my taste...
I especially like your armours, swords and real-world creatures.

My characters favourite weapon at the moment are the Khajiits Knucklebow Sabre, I think it just looks so pretty
Although now I have the Bosmer and Breton packs, I might be picking a pretty bow soon, the Red Beacon arrows look like the most fun...

I do hope that there will be a release of the real-world beasties seperatly from the fantasy ones though.
Unless you do a dragon...

Edit: now to go through The Chronicles Of Steel... Damn I have to much free time, must remember to eat...

If you don't mind me asking, how big is this file? I hope it's not huge as in 1GB... if it is would it be possible for you to release it in modular downloads?

WAC was exactly 300 mb of data last week..currently for nearly a couple thousands elements altogether...

Achived with 7zip free utility, it goes down to around 100mb for the whole thing. Not bad considering some of my biggest RealSwords modules are like 40 mb. A 100 mb download for all this is quite small...( I think).

My guess would be that the developers aren't dragging their feet...and that the second it is ready, we'll all know... I can't imagine Waalx going "Oh, dang, I forgot all about WAC! Good thing someone posted in the Gallery asking how it was going! Now, where did I leave those files...?" :eek:
