Im just wondering how long after those models are out till theres a Jaws mod. Throw in some of the old Jaws score, maybe a lifeguard tower on the beach and a random npc screaming "GET OUT OF THE WATER" while random npcs get eaten.
Though not to be a total downer but how often do you find yourself in the ocean waters? I think i jumped into the coastal waters a whole one time perhaps...no twice. Once for the UNique Landscapes to see the new Coastal additions, and once for that official pirate cave addon.

How long before we can play with the new toys? I am getting pretty frustrated here. It is like looking in a shopwindow on a toy that you dont have the money for yeat. (sorry for the bad spelling).

@ Jia yeah not often do you go for a swim..but when you do it's going to be different. better to have it than not have it, no? and in the H.U.T. mod, you may have to hunt for fish (shark) too..who knows?
@druss13
I'm working on the animal mod now. this I want to release in the current of next week under the name WAC - Waalx Animals & Creatures. the animals will be in a mod of their own, a sort of new monster mod. corePc is going to attatch it to MMM once it's done, or you can run it separately and it will add full of critters to yer world, and since it doesn't modify any existing level list (it create new ones and place them at different places) it should be compatible with almost anything out there.
after that, the work to finish the H.U.T. mod will start, adding the quests, joining it to WAC for the animals. and release.

Lovely assortment of new gargoyles there!
(Love their names too.) They're probably my favourites among the bunch, along with the sabertooths off course.
Looking forward to new toys next week.
Thanks for all your hard work and dedication, Waalx! We Oblivion modders and mod users are truly blessed.
Cheers, UQF

yes..I made a quick research for cool name derived from rock formations.Forgotten wrote:(Love their names too.)
for example..a Batholith is a vast mountainous area that can span 100 km
every name are from rocks or geological terms/words describing rocks or rock formations, or very hard rock like for the Basalt and Granite ones..
The female here share the same texture as the males, but that will most probably change. Textures for the gargoyles are 170 kb each anyway so I can make 6 different ones without bloating anything (and yeah as they share the same normal map..even less of a problem).

and ah..if you notice that the female gargoyle seems to have their breast up their neck...it's for the animation. if I make them lower, when they take the animation pose it look like they are granny with sagging things. this way it look weird in T-stance, but animated it work like it should and look 'almost' good.

You give me a harpoon weapon in the HUT mod, and ill go hunt your sharks. I got an eyepatch at the ready. So long as i dont have to go chasing no white whales i dont mind a lil swimming.
You know with the modded animals so far you seem to have covered a decent amount of DnD mobs(minus pink zebras, dont think i ever saw those in a monster manual).

harpoon? not in my plan...no animation for this anyway...Jia wrote:You give me a harpoon weapon in the HUT mod, and ill go hunt your sharks. I got an eyepatch at the ready. So long as i dont have to go chasing no white whales i dont mind a lil swimming.

As for the Rainbow deers (what you call the pink zebras)...they are not from anywhere but my own cranium. You may not like them now in a screenshot like this, but seeing them in the forest with green all around they are really nice.. (anyway, ...to my own eyes).
I'm still a looooooooooooooooooooooong shot from covering even a small amount of the bestiary that DnD have. but yet..
now I have around 58 or 60 new creatures. not bad..I think.

Hmmm. Gargoyle grannies? Sounds like some sort of evil boss monsters I think.

Ah well, I honestly don't think people will have time to concentrate on gargoyle bossoms anyway. (Saggy or not.) They'll be too busy trying to survive.

many are docile. some are ignoring you, like the Great Lions, they will attack you if you attack one of them, you have the lot on you. but otherwise these lions are docile. unless it's their food. this include:
Great Lions, Gorillas, Chimps, Buffalo, Rhino, Tiger Shark, Hammerhead Shark, the males mufflons and White ram, ....
some will never attack or get near you like the deer in vanilla. this include
Ferret, warthog, females and lambs mufflon and White Ram, Yebras, Zebras...
the others are aggressive.

66 beasties now....
The zebra horses, mountable and wild. The Moose Family, a Warg, a Hedgehog, a Cat, and the Fimp is now a sickly green shade, to differ from the Pixies that are blue.
Sabertooth Tiger is now the biggest cat. and I made a a Young Buffalo.
I like the Moose. they look kind.
Zebra Horse will become a great mount I think. the skin stripes are different from the zebra and yebra..

Last cat, a Jaguar.
I also added a bedroll to the ZebraHorse saddle (refer to the All Animals pic) and I retextured it a little as the vanilla saddle was confusing with the black stripes on the seat, and the skin stippes. now it's classic brown with no shinny leather reflection. may add some more items to the saddle..maybe a chest, a bag and a dagger. will see.
