Hi guys, first your mod is my favorite.

I have some questions, I would like to improve the graphics by installing some textures packages and installing some other mods like Unique Landscapes.

I would like to know if someone here can tell me if I should install WAALX first then the textures package like QARLs because I guess textures files are overwriten. Also, someone here have a list of mods to install to get the "best" graphics possible in oblivion ?

Another question, there is some npcs near the IC who seems to not moving at all (two merchant supplier and two druids). Is it a bug ? also, at the stable near anvil there is a creature who is bright it's a bug right ?

I would to know if the npcs can be troubled if I use better opencities ? since they are walking between cities

Hi Alaitur59

About your first question, there is no conflict between QARLS and W.A.C so feel free to use both. For Unique Landscape they might be some slight conflict depending on the Unique Landscape you’re installing. If you are using the whole UL pack then just make sure you're loading the mod after WAC.
Generally WAC doesn't touch landscape texture but alters some of the cells hence the UL precaution. So as a rule of thumb if you add mods that change texture you're good to go if you're not sure place it after W.A.C.

First of all...welcome to the forum. :)

As MasterAub says you can install Qarl's and WAC in any order as they have no conflicts. Other texture packs are also compatible and will only change vanilla creatures or whatever it is you want to change.

You can also install all of the Unique Landscape mods as long as you also use the patches for a couple of areas. The UL complete pack OMOD has links to the patches and make sure to use BOSS to order them properly. The patches must come after the main mod.

The NPC's you mention like the Druids are meant to travel and some stay in place. The Druids will heal you if you come close to them and you are injured. There were meant to be quests for some things but they were never finished so some NPC's you will find don't really do anything. However, you will find traveling merchants who sell spells and other gear.

I've never used Open Cities myself so I can't comment on that but as long as you have no problems with the main game and it's NPC's tracking there should be no issue with WAC NPC's as they have set paths. You'll have to try that yourself though and make sure to keep a save before installing OC as I might be wrong, but I think you can't remove it from a save.

There's a patch also on the WAC download page that fixes the glowing creature which is a deer mount...if that's the one you mean. Did you download it from TES Alliance? They have all the necessary files.

As far as the UL mods, and a lot of others...lol, this is my load order showing where they should go. Just search on the Nexus and you should find patches easy enough.
I have a ton of texture replacers as well including Qarl's and creatures, body replacers etc, etc.
