Okay, I'll give you a run down.
First you'll need to extract the files. Depending on what compression they are in, it will change. For rar files, you will need winrar. Right click on the file and look for something like "extract here" or "extract files."
The files that come out need to go into your Oblivion/Data folder. Files paths must be kept as is. You SHOULD end up with the esp file in the Oblivion/Data directory. The Textures and Meshes folder you go into there aswell, and will overright the ones already there. There is no need to open the folders and move the files individually, as THEY MUST KEEP THEIR CORRECT PATHS.
You should read the readme, thats what its for, but you can delete it onces you done with it as long as you keep the original zip.
Next, when you start oblivion, before you hit play, look for "Data" and click it. This opens a check list of all the esp files in the data folder. Double click the name of the mod you wish to activate, hit ok then play. You CAN have multiple mods running simultaneously and this is the general installation method for ALL mods.

Well with an OMOD it's easy
1) open OBMM
2) on the bottom select [create]
3) select [add archive]
4) add the .rar archive
5) fill in any information you want
6) press [create] or whatever it's called
7) activate the mod
8) play

what is this really about? installing the mod(s)? Talking about OMOD to a person that can't open a .rar file isn't making anything simple
the way I pack my archives, you can do this if you have Winrar installed:
1- right-click on the archive, and in the menu choose Extract file...
2- from the windows that open, navigate to your C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
3-click OK
4-launch Oblivion, click on Data Files enable the check-box next to the .esp you just installed. Each RealSwords modules are available in 4 different .esp and you can run ONLY ONE of EACH module.
5- READ the read-me next time, its for people... like you.
