Maybe i've got an audio problem here...

Right now, i've just changed my motherboard and my processor to something way better ... Only one thing though : My father told me that the onboard sound card was better than my old X-FI 24 bits . But since , sounds in my game (in oblivion but also in DiRT for example) have been muffled most of the time . In oblivion, voices (when not speaking directly to someone) , a bunch of combat sounds, footsteps , and a good number of sound effects have been this way, like if a was putting a shirt in front of my speakers . But, sometimes they come back to normal (clear and loud) but it's like 5% of the time.

Do you think i should put my old sound card back in ? Because i never had these kind of problems with it ...

Awaiting your judgement my friends ... :)

I've just tested something ... maybe it's just me but it seems to start when i do a cell change , and the sound is coming back only when i'm changing cell , and when the "loading" is done , it comes back to the "muffled" state ...

EDIT : I came back here to close it up ! I put back my XFI sound blaster , i guess inboard is pure crap whatever the power of the motherboard ! :D
