Yes, it is very good and people are making patches for others mods as well. I think it adds a lot of room to mod the mod itself...lol which I wouldn't be surprised if people do.

I'm watching Gopher's playthrough and he likes it very much. He's only on episode 3 atm though, but further than I played so far and his videos are always around 40 or more minutes..

Edit: that dog....  I haven't seen one yet, but I have come across the goblin tribes, or at least one of them. Very well done.

LoL thanks Maigrets. :)

Yeah i saw that a few patches where made, so far i am only using the Falskaar patch for OBIS. ( Allthough i did also download the Falskaar patch for High Level Enemies, i just did not install it so far. ) As for the dog...i was on my way to Whiterun from Riverwood and there was the Imperial patrol and their armoured best friend. :) Since i am on Falskaar now, and on my way to fight some bandits at the Dock...i have not seen or fought with the Goblins.

As for Gophers playthrough videos of Falskaar, well i have not seen any of them yet.

On my way to the Docks i see that place, looks like a pretty secure place up there.

Bandits killed, hostages freed...check.

Okay i might as well help them out. :)

But first this place.
Image

Looks a bit creepy in there...sort of.

Colourful :D In fact he looks great with his stripes on his face :D

I just cannot get my head around playing as a "beast" race and I have tried several times because I admire some of the mods that have been made for them.

Thank you Ailsa. :)

I was aiming at giving him some more colour, since in real life there are quit a few Lizard races who are pretty colourful. And the scar on the left of his head seem to fit with a warrior talking attacks head on, no matter who or what is attacking. ( Especially an Argonian warrior in Skyrim. )

I guess Beast races are not every ones favourite, if you can not find that...switch so to speak for playing with one, then it quickly becomes boring as hell. Games are supposed to be fun, and not boring. :)

Yeah, I like Khajiits but never could get into playing an Argonian. I think it's mainly the reptilian eyes that I can't handle...lol, They are so piercing and remind me too much of a snake about to strike.

Vokun-Tuz does look like a fearsome warrior though and the stripes add that much more character. In the 1st shot he looks like he's smiling and about to bite someone's head off...lol.

Well i always liked snakes ( No i do not have snakes in my home. :) ) so that might explain why i have no problems with Argonians. :) But Australia has a lot of different and dangerous snakes as far as i know, while the Netherlands only has one dangerous snake for humans...the European or Swamp Viper. But i in all of my 44 years i have never seen one in nature.

Ha so i succeeded with that. :)

I was trying to get a subtle effect like that, so that he has a look that makes it seem like he already knows the out come of a fight. :) ( But i did not want it to look like that sinister smile Firka hat when i was playing with Tropical Skyrim. )

lol Yes, Australia has most of the deadliest creatures on this Earth. I don't mind snakes, I'm not scared of them, but spiders...I really hate spiders. Evil personified IMO. Especially the Funnel Web which inhabits most of the East coast and probably has intentions of taking over the whole continent by subterfuge. Luckily, I live in a Funnel Web free zone. It doesn't help that they are deadly, even a Red Back spider (Black Widow) is less scary than them.

Edit: Good grief..I just read there that they actually do live in my state, but a lot further south and in isolated pockets. :arg:

I'm not actually arachnophobic, they just give me the creeps...lol.

Having thought about it I could probably play an Argonian....maybe...I did for a short while in Oblivion, but I really draw the line at Orcs. Not to be racist against Orcs, but I can't ever imagine playing as one. Besides the voices and the fangs I don't think I'd like being green.

Oh shjees do not get me started on spiders...to late actually. As a kid some one from my neighbourhood came to warn my parents that one of his spiders hat escaped and if whe found it they...."Which was followed by my finding the spider on the wall next to the stairs up, and screaming my lungs out. Hey i was seven at that time. " Since then i am terrified of spiders no matter their size. I can stand them in games and films and such without a problem so i guess i am not suffering from arachnophobia either. ( But i do go to great lengths to kill them when i see one in my house...which usually means the meet the long end of my vacuum cleaner. )

As for the Funnel Web and Red Back Spider...i am so glad they can not thrive here in the Netherlands.

I so agree on the Orcs, i tried it a few times as well but i never played them for very long. It is not because of their skin colour or their voices, it is just that they are just so damned ugly looking? ( Now lets wait and see if their lawyers slap a Skyrim version of a lawsuit in my face, which would most likely be a two handed axe. ...hey hold on  )

Just one that solves a great mystery for the Dunmer...where did the Nerevarine disappear to?
Apparently the Nerevarine lives in Skyrim. :-) ( Lets hope he does not find out what Vokun-Tuz people did to his beloved Morrowind. )

The trouble with the long end of the vacuum cleaner is they don't die in there, unless you spray them beforehand. It's no fun when they crawl out again..lol. Real fear is when you wake up from a deep sleep because you have an itch or something on your face and open your eyes to find eight legs straddled over your face. That once happened to me, but luckily...shudder..it was only a "Daddy Long Legs" which are harmless. I don't know if you have them but they are long and spindly, but it didn't stop me from nearly having a cardiac arrest. Goes to show you can move faster than you ever thought possible...

When I was a kid I always made my mother check my bedroom before I would go to bed and if there was one and she sprayed it I would have to see the dead spider body to make sure.

ROFL..yeah I was going to say damn ugly, but I was just being polite to all the Orcs out there. :cheese:

Oh but i have a vacuum cleaner that does not use those old bags. They get sucked in and twirled around together with all the dust in the reservoir. Which is sealed in such a way that nothing can come out unless i take out the reservoir...by the time i need to do that they have suffocated in all dust in their.

As for the Daddy Long Legs, yeah they are quit common here in the Netherlands. They are indeed harmless, but having one on your face...yuck.
