Two Cannibals were eating a clown.
One turns to the other and asks

Two atoms sit in a bar.
Says the first atom, I lost my electron.
The other asks, are you sure?
I'm positive...
So... funny...

Good one. Even though It smacks of an old joke, I confess I'd never heard it before.
3 hairdressers were on their way to a convention. As they're driving along the highway they suddenly notice a rabbit in the middle of the road. The one driving tries to stop, but couldn't....BAM! they hit the rabbit.
They get out of the car and the rabbit is motionless....dead. One of them says "I got an idea".
He runs to the back seat of the car, grabs a bottle and runs back. He rubs some lotion on his hands, then rubs it on the rabbit...the rabbit's head and right paw come up, the paw going back and forth.
The man exclaims "It's Working!!!" and rubs some more on the rabbit...the rabbit kind of gets about halfway up...right paw still going back and forth.
The man then empties the bottle on the rabbit..the rabbit hops up and stands there still moving his right paw back and forth.
They get in the car and as they look behind them, they notice the rabbit is now on the side of the road....still hopping up and down...still right paw going back and forth.
The one driving asks," I just got to know...what was that stuff you rubbed on the rabbit?"
The other one says, "Oh it's nothing. Just permanent wave for damaged hair."...
You may boo now.

In a busy old western saloon, a dog walks in. He goes up to the counter and says," Bartender give me a beer.".
The bartender looks at him and says gruffly, " We don't serve dogs in here!"
The dog plops down money on the bar,"My money is just as good as any humans now give me a BEER!"
The bartender replies,"I TOLD YOU, we don't serve DOGS in here!" and at that he pulls a shotgun out from under the bar shoots the dog in the foot and the dog goes,"yipe, yipe, yipe" and out the door......
1 week later. High noon...same western town...same saloon..The saloon doors fly open and in walks the dog...this time he's all decked out. He's got the 10 gallon hat, 2 six shooters, western vest...one leg with chaps and the other one with gauze wrapped in it..he saunters up to the bar and asks...
"I'm lookin for the man that shot my paw"..
You may boo vociferously now.

anyone try making new characters after scrolling past the wood witches and have an issue with not being able to change hair/eyes?
Someone pointed out the cause: the race needs at least one playable eye color and one playable hair associated with it if it is a playable race that shows in the race selection.
I'm not sure if the wood witches have been set up to not glitch up other races following them or not, although I know they are not meant to be playable (but rather NPC only, correct? I remember reading that earlier in the thread). If they do have one playable eye and one playable hair associated with them then my issue is not with WAC at all but with the Pizza Shop mod and it's "Pizza Guy".
Ok, just thought I'd post that bit of info. I'll let the jokes resume now...

Sooo... any idea when this will be updated again, out of curiosity? Also, i remember a page from a long time ago with pictures of all the critters in this (from when I first joined the testing here)... anyone know where that is? Thanks ;-)
P.S.
In the continuation of horrible jokes...
A rope walks into a bar and orders a drink. The bartender says "We don't serve ropes here!", and throws the rope out. The rope, desperate for a drink, frays it's ends, ties itself into a knot, and goes back into the bar. The bartender looks at him over the counter, and says "Hey, aren;t you the rope I just threw out?" "No," replied the rope, "I'm a frayed knot"
(I'm sorry, I had to

I'm back for a swing...
currently I've been doing some stuff and I haven't worked much on the mod since a while as you all know..
I got a new computer last month. That took a good part of my time actually, as I was finally able to try a few things that was beyond the power of my old one. and a (big) part of this is games.
So I played a lot Fallout 3 a lot, and finally got to play Assassin Creed. I liked both. A lot. It's actually a pain to load Oblivion with no shadows and weak anims. Oblivion start to loose it's shine if you just played something that just came out...
Coming back to the mod side since that is hard as whenever I go back in-game it feel like I go back in time at the same time..., but here I am now. Now is the time to see what my new machine can do in modding terms.
I am also on the market for a job in cg so that will take a toll on the modding part of me life if and when that happen.
I'm leaving soon for the Christmas holiday with the family...but before that I might be able to get something out. If not a public release at least an update to the last version. So hopefully in a few days I could try to get something out.

Awesome and welcome back for a bit.
Both are great games indeed. Fallout 3 has some better animations but not much

I can understand being "burnt out" on Oblivion by now as you've already contributed a great deal of content to the franchise. I can also tell you would rather be away from it a while and play games. THat's what all of us like to do, play video games.
In the case of WAC, you might want to stop the large variety of ideas for it and just focus on finishing it. It's still a lot of content and will be a great addition once it's finished. Just fix the problems with what all is there and if there's anything new that's almost finished put that in as well. The rest, ideas mostly, just ignore. You can always come back some time down the road and put them in IF YOU WANT TO. IF you don't, I for one, understand. I've heard they 'might" put out a CS for Fallout, and I know you'll want to experiment with that.
In the case of the unfinished parts, you may want to turn them over to another modding team. That way you can just fix up what's already in WAC, and call a stop to it.
There have been threads on the Bethesda site wondering if it will ever be released in full. We've all assured them you were just taking a hiatus.

Sorry to hear you're having troubles like that Conger. I too, have gotten tired of the over officious ones running the sites now. I instead post something from time to time. I've been contacted numerous times via PM asking for my help in solving problems with some players who are also fed up as they know I'll talk in "plain speak" and give them help without them having to practically grovel for it.Conker343qc wrote:Hey good to see your back with us, my friend !

Sweet! Waalx is back :-D I totally understand wanting to take a break, I just went like three weeks without doing anything pertaining to Oblivion at all, and I guarantee it would have been more than three weeks if I had Fallout 3
Anyways, just do what you see fit with this, and we'll all be happy :-D

Heya Alex,
Hope things go well in real life. Now that Fallout 3 is out, Oblivion is defenitely (but not totally) starting to loose some of it's appeal. Also modding for FO is much fun, as there's a lot of stuff to be discovered inside the GECK. Looking at what changes they made for the better to the engine makes me pretty excited about TES V.
Good luck on getting a job in the CG bussiness, there's no doubt you got the skills, the brains as well as artistic talent to make it out there. Even if WAC won't be totally finished, it will make a damn nice portfolio IMO and I hope we stay in touch from time to time.
For everyone:
Merry christmass!
